My calendar likes to fill up faster than a kid with a cupcake. I require at least 2 weeks’ notice, but I’m usually booked 3–4 weeks out. The earlier you reach out, the better your chances of snagging your date!
Can I place a last-minute order?
You can always ask! I occasionally have a little wiggle room, but most weeks my mixer and I are already fully committed. Two weeks is the minimum, but earlier is definitely better.
How do I place a custom order?
Hit that “Let’s Dough This!” button and tell me what you’re dreaming up! Give me your date, theme, servings, and any inspiration pics you have, and we’ll go from there.
Does submitting a request mean I’m booked?
Not just yet! Submitting a request gets the ball—or should I say dough—rolling. Your date is officially yours once I’ve confirmed your order and payment has been taken care of.
When is payment due?
Your spot on my calendar isn’t official until payment is made—because butter, sugar, and sprinkles unfortunately don’t accept good intentions.
How does pickup work?
Pickup is at my home bakery in Altus, Oklahoma! Once your order is confirmed, I’ll send over the address and all the pickup details. Please do your best to stick to your scheduled pickup time—cakes have places to be, and with three kids… so do I!
Can you recreate a picture exactly?
Inspo pics? YES, please. Exact copies? Not so much. I’ll take what you love about your inspiration and give it a little Dough, Ray & Me razzle-dazzle!
Can I taste flavors before ordering?
I don’t currently offer traditional tastings, BUT keep an eye out for cupcake flights, Bakehouse drops, and other perfectly reasonable excuses to taste-test. For research purposes, obviously.
Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free treats?
Sometimes! Gluten-free and dairy-free options may be available depending on your order. Just give me a heads-up when you submit your request. Important little sprinkle of information: everything is made in a kitchen that also handles common allergens, so I cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
Where are you located?
Right here in Altus, Oklahoma! I’m a home-based bakery, so my exact pickup address and instructions will be sent with your confirmed order.
What’s the Bakehouse?
Think tiny bakery, front-porch edition. The Bakehouse is my self-serve porch setup where I occasionally stock fresh treats. Grab what you want, pay, and enjoy! Drops are limited, so once they’re gone… they’re gone.
