Shipping Customer Agreement : All Dough Bros cookies are baked fresh to order and shipped out the following business day after baking. We carefully package every cookie, but since we’re shipping baked goods, we cannot control how USPS handles your order once it leaves our kitchen. Delays, damages, or melted items may occasionally happen during transit. Because of this, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or replacements. We strongly recommend refrigerating or freezing your cookies upon arrival to maintain freshness. By choosing shipping at checkout, you agree to these terms. Shipping Rates: We ship all Dough Bros cookies using USPS flat rate boxes to keep costs simple and consistent. A medium flat rate box ($21.00) can hold up to 10 cookies. If your order is larger than 10 cookies, it will automatically be upgraded to a large flat rate box ($31.00) to ensure safe delivery. 💡 Tip: To get the most value out of shipping, we recommend ordering a full dozen or more so you can maximize your box!

All Dough Bros cookies are baked fresh every Saturday right after the weekly order window closes (Wednesday) We never bake ahead — this ensures you always get the freshest cookies possible. Local porch pickup happens on Sunday mornings (8am–1pm), and all shipping orders head out on Monday- 2 days after baking

Orders open with each flavor drop each Sunday & orders close Wednesday or either when sell out happens (usually same day or next day- way your alarm if you don’t want miss a drop). Order’s can be placed directly through our website. Just select your flavors, add to cart, and check out. Payment is through Venmo, cash app or Zelle Please note: we cannot take orders through DMs or comments or emails

Cookies are best kept in the fridge for up to a week, or frozen for up to 6 months. Just let them come to room temperature or warm them slightly in oven or microwave before enjoying for the best flavor.

Yes! Local porch pickup is available in Auburn, WA every Sunday from 8am–1pm. Please note: we cannot hold orders past this window, and unclaimed orders will not be remade or refunded.

Our order window opens every Sunday with a new flavor drop and stays open until Wednesday night (or until sold out). All cookies are then baked fresh that Saturday

Yes! Each cookie is heat-sealed in an oxygen-barrier bag for freshness. This makes them easy to freeze, gift, or take on the go.

Once a flavor sells out from a drop, it’s gone! Some favorites may return in future drops, but there are no guarantees — so grab your favorites while you can.
