Section 1 – Ordering

🛒 Order window: Sunday – Wednesday

❌ Orders close Wednesday night

Baking & Pick Up

🔥 Orders are baked Saturdays (the weekend following the order close window Wednesday)

🏡 Local Pick Up: Sunday 8am–1pm (porch pick up only)

Section 3 – Shipping

📦 Shipped out Monday (2 days after baking)

⚠️ Once shipped, we cannot control USPS delays, wrong addresses, returns, or damaged goods.

🛑 when ordering shipping you are fully comprehending & agreeing that you are purchasing a baked good product which when shipping can melt, be damaged while processing through the second carrier, have instances of undelivered due to USPS policies. Damages, leakes, undeliverable addresses, weather, etc.

🥶 Cookies are fragile — we try our best to package with dry ice gel packs & package products to arrive safely. Products must be refrigerated upon receiving 2-4 hours or placed in freezer immediately. Defrost for up to two hours before consuming. Do not microwave more than 30 seconds protein is touchy to reheating & can harden if exposed to too much heat.
