🚨 PSA: IMPORTANT UPDATE ON TURNAROUND TIME (TAT)!

With the recent increase in orders and our vendor’s limited team, we’re making a small adjustment to ensure we can fulfill every order smoothly!

✨ New TAT Policy:

Going forward, any order placed during the week will have its turnaround time (TAT) start on the following Sunday. This allows us time to order materials if needed and complete your order efficiently.

Example: If you place an order on Tuesday, and the TAT is 14 business days, your TAT will officially begin that Sunday (unless stated otherwise).

📌 Why the change?

• Our vendor is local and consists of only two people working hard to fulfill orders.

• They rely on suppliers who may occasionally run low on ingredients.

• Every Loaded Tea & Loaded Water is made to order, not always premade and ready to ship.
