1. Where are you located?
We are a home-based business, two local Cabot pickup locations, our sign in the yard (thanks to Action Sign) makes it easier for customers to find us.
2. How can I place an order?
Orders can be placed by messaging us directly through social media, our website, email or contacting us by text.
3. Do you offer same-day orders?
We make everything fresh per request, so same-day orders may not always be available. However, we do keep some items ready for immediate purchase—feel free to ask!
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay & Zelle. Payment details will be provided when you place your order.
5. Do you offer delivery?
Yes, delivery is available within a certain area for an additional fee. Pickup is also available at two local locations
6. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Orders canceled within 24 hours may be subject to a partial refund.
7. Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love creating custom treats for special occasions. Let us know your ideas, and we’ll do our best to bring them to life.
8. Are your products nut-free or gluten-free?
While we offer gluten-free options upon request, our kitchen is not a certified allergen-free environment. Please contact us to discuss your dietary needs.
9. Do you take bulk or large orders for events?
Absolutely! Whether it’s for parties, corporate events, or special gatherings, we can accommodate bulk orders with advance notice.

11. Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, we provide themed packaging for special occasions, including Valentine’s Day, birthdays, and holidays.
12. How far in advance should I place my order?
For regular orders, 2-3 days’ notice is recommended. For larger or custom orders, please allow at least a week.
