Delivery & Pickup: DippedbyHolly.Co offers delivery services, delivery fee is based on delivery time and mileage. (within a 0 to 35 mile radius.) Upon delivery, please ensure refrigeration if not consumed for immediate consumption For pickups, please confirm the agreed pickup time and provide DippedbyHolly.Co with an estimated time of arrival (ETA) to ensure your order is ready. DippedByHolly.Co is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the order is picked up, including damage caused by improper handling. During pickup, Dipped Treats must be transported in a cold, air-conditioned vehicle, placed flat on the ground, and stored in the refrigerator upon arrival. Allergen Policy: DippedByHolly. Co operates in a kitchen that is not allergy-free. Clients are responsible for informing guests of any potential allergens in the cookies /treats DippedByHolly.Co is not liable for any allergic reactions, property damage, or harm resulting from the consumption of non-edible treat toppers (e.g., plastic/cardstock accessories, or flowers that may contain pesticides). Payment Policy: A non-refundable retainer of 50% down is required for all orders at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 24-48 hours prior to pickup or delivery. Payment methods are accepted through Cash, Zelle, Cash App or Apple Pay. Client must pay the remaining balance before receiving the order. To respect both parties’ time, please adhere to the following fees: Late pickup fee: $20 if more than 20 minutes late. Cash only. Rush fee: $75 for orders required within 24 hours. Reschedule, Postpone, and Cancellation Policy: In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, accidents, death), the retainer is refundable and will be issued via Zelle, Cash App, or ApplePay. Alternatively, it can be applied toward future orders and is transferable. Reschedules or postponements are subject to availability and approval. For no-shows, the cake will be resold, and no refund will be issued. Cancellations are non-refundable. Once you receive your order, DippedByHolly.Co is no longer responsible for any damages, mishandling, etc. Photo and Media Rights: DippedByHolly.Co reserves the right to photograph or record our work for marketing and portfolio purposes. Client images submitted via email or text are subject to client approval before being posted on our social media platforms, including Instagram.
