How should I care for my sweets before my event?
Macarons last a couple days at room temperature, about 7 days in the fridge, and a couple months in the freezer. Make sure to place them in an air tight container. Bring to room temp for about 30 minutes before enjoying these sweet treats!
Cakes should be stored in a fridge until about 1 hour prior to your event.
Cupcakes are fine at room temp for no more than a day. After that, freeze in an air tight container. Allow them to come to room temp about 2-3 hours prior to event.
