Returns and Cancellations
We hope you are completely satisfied with everything you have purchase from Delicate Delights Baking Co. Due to the nature of our fresh and custom ordered baked goods, there are some restrictions regarding cancellations and refunds. Refunds will be subject to the owners discretion. Refunds will not be issued for orders that have been cancelled within 48 hours of preparation. Refunds requested due to decorating style, color, or general design will not be accepted. If unhappy with any of the designs upon pick up, we may be able to make adjustments if time allows. Refunds due to quality of flavor will be determined by the owner based upon the returned product. Once our baked goods are picked up, we are not responsible for any damages of product. Refunds will not be issued for fully consumed baked goods. Refunds are only issued within 48 hours of pick up and will be as store credit only. No cash refunds.
