What payment methods do you accept?
I accept ApplePay, Cash, CashApp, Venmo, and Zelle.
How does payment work?
To secure the date and lock in your order, a 50% deposit is required upfront and the remaining 50% is due 10 days prior to order due date. Once we’ve gone over / confirmed all of the details, I’ll send you an invoice with different payment options to make it easy. Easy Peasy.
Do you deliver or ship?
At this time, I do not offer shipping but that may be coming soon.
Free delivery options are available within 10 miles from my home in Sunrise, FL. Further delivery locations (based on availability) will incur a travel fee based on distance @ $1.00/mile.
Please note: delivery fees reflect gas, time, and vehicle wear — thank you for your support!
Where do I pick up my treats?
If you choose to pickup your order, the location will be in Sunrise, FL near Commercial Blvd. and NW 94th Avenue unless we agree to another mutually convenient location. The exact address will be provided once order is confirmed and paid in full.
Can you accommodate food allergies or intolerances?
Please note that I’m not able to accommodate specific food allergies. Although I am experienced in proper food safety, all of my treats are made in a home kitchen that uses ingredients like gluten, dairy, nuts, and eggs, so cross-contact may occur. In line with Florida cottage food laws, my treats are made in a cottage food operation that is not subject to Florida’s food safety regulations.
How will my treats be packaged?
All treats come packaged flat in a windowed pastry box. All cake pops / cakesicles come individually wrapped unless specified otherwise by you.
Do you make large event or bulk orders?
Yes! I’d love to create treats for your special occasion….and help make your wedding, birthday, graduations, and corporate events extra sweet.
Please reach out with details, and I’ll create a custom quote. Note that I will not take on any orders that I’m not confident in executing to my standards / expectations.
What if I want a cake flavor that is not on your menu?
There are many different flavors that can be turned into cake pops. I have recipes for a bunch of delicious flavors but they may not all be listed on my menu. If you don’t see the flavor you’d like on my menu, please reach out to discuss.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the order due date will not require payment of the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable and full payment will be required, as materials and preparation will have already begun.
RESCHEDULING: If you need to change your date, I’ll do my best to accommodate based on availability but I cannot guarantee I’ll be able to so. PLEASE let me know ASAP if you need to reschedule your order.
In the rare event Dani’s Cake Poppery must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
