Capabilities & Pricing
At Dani’s Cake Poppery, we create custom cake pops and dipped treats that are as beautiful as they are delicious. Pricing varies based on design complexity, flavors, quantity, and packaging.
A detailed quote will be provided before booking. Please reach out ASAP to discuss your vision and timeline.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A non-refundable retainer fee of 50% is required to secure your date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final Payment is due no later than 10 days prior to pick up date. Orders placed within 10 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products, all deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the order due date will not require payment of the remaining balance. Cancellations made within 10 days of the event are non-refundable and full payment will be required, as materials and preparation will have already begun.
Minimum Order Requirement
Dani’s Cake Poppery requires a minimum order of one dozen (12) cake pops / treats per flavor/design.
In the rare event Dani’s Cake Poppery must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund of all payments received will be issued.
Pickup or Delivery
Pickup location will be in Sunrise, FL. Specific location / address will be discussed closer to pickup date.
Free delivery options are available within 10 miles from my home in Sunrise. Further delivery locations (based on availability) will incur a travel fee based on distance. Once the order has been picked up and leaves our possession, Dani’s Cake Poppery is no longer responsible for any damage, loss, or temperature-related changes.
Client is responsible for providing a stable, indoor, climate-controlled environment upon delivery. Dani’s Cake Poppery is not liable for melting, shifting, or damage due to outdoor exposure, excessive heat, humidity, or improper storage after pickup or delivery.

All products are prepared in a home kitchen environment that may process common allergens including, but not limited to: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts.
Dani’s Cake Poppery is not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
