Once you submit your online request, your order is NOT yet confirmed! I will reach out within 3–5 days to review your request. We will finalize your cake details, and I’ll answer any questions, and provide a final quote! Once you approve the pricing, I will create an invoice. The invoice will be sent to your phone via text, and as a link to your email. After your deposit is received, your order is officially confirmed! You will then receive a confirmation email and receipt with all cake details, payment info, and the pickup address.

Yes! A 50% deposit is required to secure your order date. Deposits are non-refundable, and orders are not confirmed until the deposit is received Please do not send payment before receiving an invoice. The invoice for the remaining balance will be sent automatically via text and email one week prior to your pickup da, and final payments are due at least 24 hours before pickup or delivery! Accepted payment methods include Credit/debit card, Venmo, or CashApp. Zelle payments, and Cash payments are not being accepted at this time🤍

Yes! Delivery may be available for an additional fee. Fees are calculated as: * $0.75 per mile, round trip, plus any tolls if applicable * Minimum delivery fee: $10 Examples: * 5-mile round trip = $10 (minimum applies) * 15-mile round trip = $11.25 Delivery is available within Union County, NJ and surrounding areas. Please note your delivery request in your online order or reach out via email to confirm availability! Pickup: 
Pickup is available in Kenilworth, NJ Times are scheduled upon consultation. Most pickup days are flexible between 10 AM and 7 PM, but please confirm your pickup time in advance! Arriving on time helps everything run smoothly, since there are often multiple orders each day! 🤍

For Cancellations: * Deposits are non-refundable. * For last-minute cancellations, the payment minus the deposit may be credited toward a future order at my discretion. For Rescheduling: * Please notify with at least 5 days notice if possible! * The new date is subject to availability. If I need to cancel due to an emergency: * You will receive a full refund, including the deposit.
