I Have A Severe Allergy/ Dietary Restriction. Can I Enjoy These Desserts?
Food Safety is a huge priority here!! CutesyCakery is food handler certified, however our kitchen and products do contain some of the 7 major allergens.
If you have a severe allergy (i.e. egg, wheat, soy, dairy intolerance, etc.) We would recommend the safest option— which is not to consume any of our baked goods.
As an extra precaution, it is advised that you list any allergies you have in the last section of the ordering page, or if you are ordering through e-mail or direct message, please specify any allergies or dietary restrictions to ensure that you’re getting the safest possible experience to enjoy our sweets!

How Do I Send My Payment?
Deposits can be sent through Cash App, Venmo, or you can pay through the invoice directly.
Please do NOT send payments without receiving an invoice first!!
Can I Ask For My Cake To Look Exactly Like the Reference?
Reference photos are extremely helpful to have as a guideline for cake decoration, however all cakes/cake decorators are different and no cake can be replicated exactly the same, even one’s we’ve made before!
We do our absolute best to match the cake to your reference photos and work with you to add stylized twists and create your vision!
What If I’m Interested In Something That’s Not On The Website?
If you’re interested in treats or cakes that you don’t see here on our website, please feel free to reach out to us via email or instagram dm to see if we can work something out for you!
We are always open to trying new ideas and bringing your visions to life, however we cannot guarantee that we can make any requests that aren’t listed on the website!
How far in advance does my order need to be placed?
We ask that you give a turnaround time of 2 weeks for cake orders, MINIMUM 1 week.
For Brownie Slabs, Cupcake Cases, and Cookies, We ask for a turnaround time of 1 week, as all of our products are made to order and produced in small batches to ensure freshness.
