📆 Ordering & Booking: • Orders must be finalized at least 1 week prior to pickup or delivery! • Rush/Squeeze in orders may be accepted depending on availability, and may include an additional fee. • Orders scheduled for pickup within the same week require full payment at the time of booking. • Please have color swatches, reference photos, edible images, toppers, and design details ready at the time of ordering. (Please note: No cake can be replicated exactly! I will do my best to create something beautiful based on your reference photos and ideas, to the best of my artistic interpretation!) • If you’d like a custom design consultation, please reach out via email, cutesycakery444@gmail.com, or text: (908)-444-6879 💸 Payments & Deposits: • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your total is required to secure your order. No order is considered confirmed until the deposit is received. • The remaining balance is due no later than 24 hours before pickup/delivery. Orders not paid in full by that time may be canceled. • Flash sale or pre-made items must be paid in full at the time of ordering, and are non-refundable. ❌Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling: • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances. • If you need to cancel, please notify me as soon as possible. •If you need to reschedule, please allow at least 5 days’ notice, subject to availability. • If I must cancel due to emergency, you will receive a full refund. 🎨Design Changes: • All design edits or flavor changes must be finalized at least 1 week before pickup/delivery! After that point, no major changes can be guaranteed. • Colors, textures, and details may vary slightly based on available materials and artistic discretion. 🚗 Pickup & Delivery: • Pickup times are scheduled in advance and should be respected to ensure freshness and quality! If you need to change your pickup time, please notify me in advance! • Delivery may be available for an additional fee (based on distance, tolls, and time!). • Once the cake leaves my care, whether by pickup or delivery, I am not responsible for any damage caused by transportation, handling, or storage. 🤧Allergies & Food Safety: • All items are prepared in a kitchen that handles, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, and other potential allergens. I cannot guarantee allergen-free products! • Please store your cake in a cool, temperature-controlled environment. Heat and humidity can affect frosting and decorations.
