A delectable, flavorful, not to mention the variety of textures and flavor profile contained in this loaf of sourdough, considered by many as artful. The loaf is surprisingly not dense, even with the use of dark cocoa powder, inclusions of dark chocolate chips, toasted pistachio nuts and dried fig fruits.

Please order at least 5 days in advance as all of my baked goods require one night of preparing, mixing, fermenting, shaping, and then baked the following day for superior quality, bloomed wonderfully in the oven with crusted exterior, soft airy crumb.
