Packaged, our sugar cookies will stay fresh at room temperature for 1-2 weeks. You can freeze packaged cookies for up to 3 months and just defrost a few hours prior to serving.

What’s the best way to store my cookies?
Custom sugar cookies should be stored at room temp. Do not refrigerate as they tend to dry out that way.
If you’re planning on enjoying any of the cookies beyond 2-3 weeks they can be put in the freezer in their sealed bags. They freeze beautifully and still taste great!
Do you ship or deliver?
At this time we do not ship.
We offer delivery at an extra cost (starting at $15) or pickup in Grand Rapids, MI.
Do you make gluten free?
At this time we do not offer gluten free but are working on opening that option in the future!
What is your return/refund policy?
No refunds or returns are offered. This is due to the nature and specificity of the consumable order & the inability to resell custom good(s).
Deposits & payments are non refundable if you decide to cancel your order.

How do I send payment?
Deposits can be sent through Cash App, Venmo, Zelle or you can request to pay cash/check in person. Please do NOT send payments without receiving an invoice first!!
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We ask that you give a turnaround time of 2 weeks for custom cookie orders. 5 DAY MINIMUM at an extra cost if under the 2 week time period.
