1. Check availability calendar above to make sure the date that you need for your cookies is available. 2. Click “Order Here” and fill out the following questions! It will ask for reference photos, color swatches, as well as a general description of the order. Please be as detailed as possible if you have a set vision of what you would like. Provide your correct contact information so that I can finalize the order details with you directly if necessary! 3. Once finished, please wait for an invoice to be sent to your email along with design pictures. Once you approve the designs you can send your deposit of 50% through our payment options listed below.

Cremi Cookie will provide your decorated treats in a timely manner as specified. We appreciate your business and we are honored that you have chosen us for your special celebration. We guarantee that the design elements will be met as outlined. We will go over all designs with you prior to starting your order to ensure they meet your expectations.

Cremi Cookie will not offer refunds or exchanges for custom products that meet our quality standards once an order has been picked up/delivered and “Accepted” by you or another designated party. Additionally, under no circumstances will Cremi Cookie provide a refund in excess of the cost of the order. All products are the responsibility of the customer once it leaves our possession. Refund requests due to decorating style, color shade or general decoration design will not be honored or considered as we have designs approved by you prior to starting your order. We only give credit refunds up to 24 hours if the product was damaged internally during baking process. This will be determined by Cremi Cookie. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of Cremi Cookie. Our cookies are baked from scratch with all natural ingredients, and need to be kept out at room temperature for at least an hour prior to serving. Keep in mind, variety in temperature and humidity may impact the flavor, overall design, or texture of the cookies to some degree. Please understand we cannot control changes in texture or changes in color or shape due to weather conditions.

*All deposits are non refundable* If you need to cancel an order up to 2 weeks or more prior to your order date, it is at the discretion of Cremi Cookie to refund 50% of your payment if you have paid in full. **There will be no refunds or credits up to 14 days before your order date to the day of your order**

Please be aware that although we have strict processes in place to prevent cross-contact there is still a slight risk of the presence of any allergen. Our products do contain gluten, dairy, eggs, and nut products in the ingredients.

Cremi Cookie accepts the following payment methods: • cash • check • Venmo (@taylormjelias) • Cashapp ($taylormjelias) • card payment through website All orders must have a deposit of 50% of your total due once your order and designs have been confirmed/approved. If the deposit is not paid 1 week prior, Cremi Cookie will give your time slot to someone else. The remaining balance will be due at the time of delivery/pickup. Invoices will be emailed to all customers. *If paying by Venmo, please pay as Family & Friends so money is not deducted by Venmo from the amount you owe. All my cookies are made from scratch. My recipes have been passed down starting with my great-great grandmother. This company was inspired by my 2 kids; Colton and Remi (Cremi) and is my passion. I hope you love our cookies as much as I love making them!
