Demi was very great at customer service. She made a carrot cake which was amazing very moist and the icing was like melting in your mouth. Now I ordered upside down pineapple cupcakes the cherry was inside the cupcake with a topping of icing and a cherry the strawberries were big and juicy overall a 10/10 🥰 highly recommend definitely got more orders coming.

My girl did a cake for my twins birthday and it was nothing short of amazing! It looked good and it taste even better. She took her time and was very creative in the design. I feel like when allow a service provider to work in their element with creative control the result are even better and she exceeded that with my cupcakes for my workshop and the cake for my babies birthday. 100/10 and she has gained a loyal client for sure ❤️

The cake was beautiful! Aesthetically pleasing. It was a nice personal flare for a special occasion. The flavor was mid. for $140, we were expecting delicious, something memorable, something that said I need seconds, but it didn't hit like that for us. My husband is all about dessert, so he's had specialities from all over and I was disappointed when he said, put it in the freezer, we'll get back to it. The communication was good, up until pick up day. We were still trying to make final decisions and being at work, not connected to my phone, I was responding mostly with do whatever works. The pick up information and address was not provided until after the pick up time, setting me back a tad bit waiting. I never met or spoke to the creator as her husband brought the cake out to me on the pick up, which made the experience a basic on the back end. No complaints, just personal opinion, when it comes to value for your money. I personally enjoyed presenting my husband with the customized cake and wish this business well in continued growth.

After looking for someone who could do a star cake for my daughter’s 18th bday, I finally found Demi! And I’m so thankful I did. She made the cake exactly the way we wanted. I ordered cupcakes thinking that she would just do whatever matches the cake, but nope… to my surprise she made CUSTOM cupcakes. My daughter has frozen the pictures of herself on the cupcakes cause she loved them SO much! 😂🤦🏾‍♀️ The cake tasted just like it looked. BOMB! Definitely a customer for life! So happy to have a great baker, with great customer service skills. Very responsive, very professional, very prompt! 10, 10, 10 across the board!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This was the best service and cake I’ve ever had. I was planning my daughter’s birthday and she wanted a two tier cake shaped like a heart with her pictures around it. The cake was exactly what she wanted and more down to the color. Now let’s get into the cake! the cake was strawberry it was so moist and flavorful. People who normally don’t care for cake came back for more. The whole cake was finished not a crumb in sight. Normally we would have some cake leftover we had none. People were calling me to talk about how good the cake was the next day. I’m never getting my cakes anywhere else. This was my second order and i’m even more impressed than the first time. The cake was the perfect addition to my daughter birthday.

I had reached out to her a week before my daughter‘s birthday and advised her that I wanted a Lilo and stitch cake and I had provided her with the picture of what I wanted. She was able to accommodate my timeframe and also execute what I asked for the cake was perfect, and she was very professional beginning to end.

LOL where do I begin with this review?! I ordered 18 cupcakes, 6 biscoff, 6banana and 6 strawberries! Customer service was on point! She was very accommodating and helpful with making sure I was ordering correct and figuring out what I would want! Great service, but the cupcakes ! Were soooooo goood ! Between 3 people they are almost gone ! The biscoff was FIRE, the banana was my personal favorite and I’m not a big banana person but I could literally eat 50 of them they were so good! The strawberries were so good as well! Cakes so moist, decorated beautiful ! 10/10 would reccomend to everyone in the world !!!!

I really love the promptness of the response I was a last minute order and needed the cake the very next day. I ordered the Biscotti S’more cookies and let me tell you these are super delicious, decadent and just so moist. The perfect crunch around the outside and a soft center, is everything! I’ll definitely be ordering again soon!
