Retainer's Fee: Your order is only confirmed once the retainer's fee has been paid. The retainer's fee will be 50% of the total cost for your order. No same-day orders are accepted. Retainer's fees are non-refundable. Once the retainer's fee is paid, it covers consulting on your order as well as items needed for your order. The remaining balance will cover designing and decorating.

Final Payment: Due at noon the day prior to pickup. If not paid prior to pickup, the contract will become void.

All sales are final. No refunds will be given; however, a credit may be applied to your account for your next order if warned.
