Yes! I have a Massachusetts Food Service Permit which allows me to operate a cottage (i.e. home based) bakery. I also have my SERV Safe Manager's certificate and my Certificate of Allergen Awareness.
Where are you located?
I live in Bernardston, Massachusetts, which is where my bakery is located. I do not have a storefront that you can visit (yet!) but every order helps me work toward that goal!
How far in advance should I book custom cookies?
As soon as you know the date of your event! Custom cookies sometimes require a specially made cookie cutter or decorative element that I will need to source and order. Running short on time? I will gladly accommodate your order if I have the availability! However, please know that I would only be able to work with the cookie cutters and decorations that I have on hand.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Delivery within 20 miles of Greenfield, Massachusetts is included in all orders. If you live outside of that range, you may opt to pay a $1/mile delivery fee or set a meeting point within 20 miles of Greenfield, MA.
What if I'm not sure of exactly what I want?
No worries at all! I'd love to talk with you about your event, the details of the person your celebrating, the occasion, the theme, the attendees, anything! I have a long personal history in the hospitality industry so I feel invested in your event and wanting it to be not only everything you've imagined, but as stress-free as possible.
Are the cookies individually wrapped?
Custom cookies by the dozen are not wrapped unless requested. They are delivered layered into a bakery box with parchment paper dividers. Some pre-sale items are designed to be gifted individually and will be wrapped. The item description will always state if the item is to be wrapped. A wrapped item means that the cookie will be sealed into a cellophane bag.
