Do you require a deposit
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date. The remaining balance is due before pickup.
What is your minimum order
My minimum order is one dozen custom cookies. Mini cookies and special event packages may have different minimums
Can I customize my cookies?
Absolutely! Colors, themes, names, and simple wording can all be customized to match your event. Please include as many details as possible when placing your order.
Do you offer delivery
At this time, orders are available for local pickup in Crestview, FL or we can deliver for an additional fee depending on location. Local areas include, Crestview, fortwalton, Destin, Milton, Laurel hill, holt, baker, Pensacola, ect.
How should I store my cookies?
Keep cookies in their heat-sealed bags or an airtight container at room temperature. They stay fresh for up to 2 weeks and can also be frozen for up to 3 months.
Are your cookies allergy-friendly
My cookies are made in a home kitchen that processes wheat, eggs, milk, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. I cannot guarantee they are allergen-free. Please note any allergies during checkout.
Can I order cookies for businesses or events
Yes! I love creating cookies for birthdays, baby showers, weddings, corporate events, holidays, school events, and more. Custom logos are available with high-quality edible printing or projector-assisted hand decorating.
What is your cancellation policy
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve your order date. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible. Rescheduling requests are welcome but are subject to availability.
