-Invoices must be paid within 24–48 hours to reserve your order date. Unpaid invoices may be canceled without notice, and the requested date may be made available to other customers.
- Pricing includes up to 4 coordinating designs per dozen. Additional designs or highly detailed artwork may require an additional fee.
- Each cookie will be individually heat sealed. Upgraded packing can be purchased to included ribbons/ bows, gift boxes, personalized tags. Custom quote based on your selections.
-Most designs can be personalized with names, ages, or short messages at no additional charge unless otherwise noted.
-Inspiration photos are welcome! While I will create cookies inspired by your ideas, I do not copy another artist’s work exactly. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting and handmade nature.
- We offer a variety of flavors that include:
Vanilla Almond (most popular), Vanilla, confetti cake batter, chocolate, strawberry, lemon. Looking for another flavor? Let me know upon request. One cookie flavor per dozen.
-Final payment is due before pickup unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Orders are confirmed after deposit is received. Deposit is Non-refundable.

- Photo Release: Courtney’s Cookie Co. reserves the right to photograph completed orders and use these images for marketing, social media, and portfolio purposes. Customer privacy will always be respected, and personal information will never be shared without permission.
