The scones & cinnamon rolls are amazing!! Blueberry bagels texture was somewhat chewy. Excited to try more of your baking!

Where do I start?? Madison with Countryside Sourdough Co has been amazing to work with and makes some amazing sourdough baked goods! The fresh sourdough sandwich bread is so soft and fluffy. The flavor is absolutely delicious and this bread has become a staple to keep in our house! We’ve also tried the lemon blueberry scones, all three focaccia flavors (cinnamon roll, blueberry, and rosemary sea salt), as well as, the cinnamon rolls with brown sugar icing. All of these sweet treats have been delicious and are on our re-order list! Next up is trying the muffins and we cannot wait! 🤩 We have also dabbled into her bagels 🙈😅 and these have been nothing short of amazing as well! The blueberry bagels make for a good fruity/slightly sweet bagel and her cheese/jalapeño bagels make for a good savory bagel! You truly can’t go wrong! You can say we are dedicated customers at this point and we can’t wait to see what else Madison bakes!
