Hi, I’m Madison!
I’m 27 years old, married to my amazing husband Mark since October 2020, and together we’re raising two beautiful kids—our 4-year-old son and 2-year-old daughter. I’m a nurse turned sourdough baker! I left my nursing job to stay home with my babies and bake wholesome, ingredient-conscious sourdough bread and baked goods for my family and community.
My love for baking started with a simple goal: to fill my family’s table with nourishing, from-scratch food. Six months after my daughter was born, in December 2023, I decided to try making my own sourdough starter. If you’ve ever tried it, you know it takes patience, determination, and a little hope! After weeks of trial and error, my starter finally came to life—and with it, so did my passion for baking.
What began as a way to nourish my family has grown into something so much more. Sourdough baking has become a creative outlet, a grounding force, and a source of joy in the beautiful chaos of motherhood. It allows me to be a full-time, present mama—and now, I get to share that same love and nourishment with my community. My goal is to make it easier for families to access truly wholesome baked goods, without the stress of hunting them down or settling for preservative-filled options.
Every loaf, every treat, every order means more to me than I can say. Your support allows me to live out this dream while staying close to the people who matter most—and for that, I’m endlessly grateful. Thank you for being here, cheering me on, and making my little bakery part of your life.

Room Temperature • Bread and bagels stay fresh for 3-5 days. • Store in a sealed bag or container on the counter (not in packaging I provide). • After day 5, transfer to the freezer to maintain freshness. Freezer • Bread and bagels can be frozen for up to 6 months. • Freeze bagels, whole loaves, or pre-sliced bread in a freezer-safe bag. Defrost • Thaw at room temperature or toast directly. • To defrost at room temperature, leave in the freezer bag on the counter for 1-3 hours. • Pre-sliced bread can go straight into the toaster using the defrost setting. Re-Bake a Loaf • If bread becomes stale or hard, spritz it lightly with water or run it briefly under the faucet. • Wrap in tinfoil and bake at 325°F for 10-20 minutes. Refresh Slices • Lightly spritz slices with water and toast or air fry at 320°F for 4-5 minutes. Avoiding the Fridge • Never store bread in the fridge, as it causes the bread to stale faster and affects its flavor and texture. Sourdough Sweet Treats • Items like cinnamon/sweet rolls, scones, or muffins stay fresh for 3-4 days on the counter. • For scones and muffins, transfer to a sealed container or zip-top bag upon receiving. • For longer storage, freeze your sweet treats on day 4 to maintain freshness.
