1. How do I place an order?
Simply browse our menu, select your cookies, add any inspiration photoschoose a pickup date, and check out—all right here on Bakesy!
2. How far in advance should I order?
We recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability. Need cookies sooner? Feel free to message us and we’ll do our best to make it happen!
3. Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup is in West Greeley. The exact address will be shared after your order is confirmed and your deposit is received.
4. Do you offer custom or bulk orders?
Yes! For custom designs, party platters, or bulk orders, please message us directly through Bakesy or contact us via email (cookiesoncallnoco@gmail.com).
5. Are your cookies nut-free or allergy-friendly?
Some of our cookies contain nuts or are made in a kitchen that handles common allergens. Please check individual product descriptions or reach out with specific allergy concerns before ordering.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
All payments are handled securely through Bakesy. Major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are accepted.
8. Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before your pickup time. Please message us as soon as possible if you need help with your order.
9. Will you ship my cookies to a friend or family member?
As long as they live in Colorado, we are able to ship cookies. The cost of shipping will be added to your order. As a Cottage Food producer, we are prohibited from shipping outside of the state of Colorado.
