First and for most the cookies are like you are eating a piece of art, Jackie is a true artist. The images on the cookies and all the art detail that my husband and I hand drew and send images to Jackie for her to replicate was immaculate, the shape of the cookies was personalized to our exact request. Even the hand writing looked exactly the same as ours. We where very specific for certain details and for other details we trusted her creativity and let me tell you… she didn’t disappoint, the detail she put into the cookies was amazing. The flavor and texture of the cookies was perfect. Costumer service was great, Shopping online is difficult you never know what you are going to get but Jackie made it easy and the cookies were better than we could have ever imagined. She answered quickly, she addresses any questions and concerns that we had. Before we even asked certain things she had already send us all the information that we might of needed. She made everything smooth very simple process between design, payment, care instructions, storage instructions and delivery. Also pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend doing business with her. We will most definitely be ordering cookies from her in the near future. Overall a great experience!

Jackie is the best! She is quick to reply and does amazing work! My niece even said she likes Jackie’s cookies more than Starbucks cake pops! 🫶🏽
