FREE QUOTE -- I’d love to get you a FREE quote, just be sure to answer all the questions on this form and I’ll get back to you as quickly as i can! INSPIRATION PHOTOS -- Thanks a bunch for bringing those inspiration pictures, they are really helpful in designing a perfect set of your own! Your cookies may not be a perfect replica, but I’ll do my absolute best to create a similar yet unique design for you! BALANCE DUE-- Once you accept the quoted price for your order, your deposit amount is required so that I can source supplies and ingredients! Your payment also reserves your pickup date! The balance is required to be paid before or at pick up. PICKUP DATES/TIMES – All orders are to be picked up at an agreed upon time/place. This location will be in the city of Coachella and will be set at the time the order is accepted, so be sure to put that Cookie Pickup Date in your Calendar! NEED TO RESCHEDULE? Awesome! Reach out 7 days before your pickup date and if I’m able to, I will reschedule your pickup day! CHANGE CUT-OFF -- It’s hard to choose, but I’m here to help! Any change requests can be made up until 1 week prior to delivery, and I’ll will do my best to accomodate them! Depending on the level of change, an additional fee may apply. IN A HURRY? While I can’t always accommodate last minute orders, I will make the best effort to! Last minute orders placed with a turnaround time of less than 2 weeks will require a rush fee. NO SHOW = NO COOKIES -- No 👻ing! These cookies are best enjoyed fresh. Not showing up to the agreed upon pickup date/time forfeits your order.
