Top marks across the board. Bread consistency is perfect for my taste. Not too dense…not too doughy. Flavor is also on point. It has the sourdough kick and without being too overpowering. Loaf size is super hefty too, you definitely get your monies worth. Great for sandwiches or just as a standalone slice to accompany a meal.
