We loved the sour dough flights - super fun and delicious concept! The peanut butter chocolate cookies are beyond, BUT the stuffed strawberry cream cookies were MIND BLOWING!

Top notch in every way. Great communication and even better baked goods. You won’t be disappointed!

The variety pack of sourdough loafs were a hit with the family!!! The overall favorite was the cheddar jalapeno but garlic parm coming in close behind!! Bonus: The strawberry cheesecake cookie was insane!!! 😋

I’ve had the pleasure of enjoying Columbia Rise’s chocolate chip cookies many times, and they are hands down the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had. So when I found out they were offering sourdough bread, I couldn’t wait to try it. I jumped at the chance to order a flight so I could sample all the flavors, and they did not disappoint. It’s honestly hard to choose a favorite, but the parmesan garlic and cheddar jalapeño truly stood out. Both were incredibly flavorful, with a soft, airy interior and that perfectly crunchy crust you expect from an exceptional sourdough. If you’re even a little bit of a bread lover, I can’t recommend Columbia Rise enough—do yourself a favor and try it.

Both the snickerdoodle sample and my chocolate chip cookies were *divine* buttery, the perfect amount of chocolate, and just the right amount of chewy. My sourdough flight was amazing as well. The everything loaf was my favorite! Five stars!

Recently purchased a sourdough flight and a dozen cookies from Columbia Rising, and they were incredible!! The cookies were rich, soft and tasted amazing. My only complaint was they were gone too fast in my house! All of the sourdoughs were perfectly crisp on the outside, and tasted amazing as well. I loved all of them, but would call the jalapeño my favorite. We will be back!!
