About
Hi there! I'm Colleen, and I'm thrilled to introduce Columbia Rise, my passion project turned micro-bakery based in Northeast Ohio. After getting hooked on everything sourdough from watching endless TikToks, I realized I had a bit of a knack for it. Now, I'm taking a leap of faith to share my baked goods with the community through limited weekly pre-orders, farmers markets, and an occasional pop-up driveway stand.

Ordering
ORDERING:
Because everything I bake is sourdough-based, I need a minimum of three days lead time on all orders. Additionally, a 50% deposit is required at the time of ordering.
AVAILABLE PICK-UP WINDOWS*:
Mondays 5:30-7:30p
Fridays 5-7p
Saturdays 8-11a
Sundays 8-11a
*exact pick-up times will need to be finalized by Columbia Rise based on the order and my schedule.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee within a 10-mile radius of North Olmsted. e
