Not only was the cake so beautiful, I mean it was FLAWLESS, but it tasted even better than it looked. It had a delicious apple pie filling, and it was so moist and tender. I requested an off-the-wall combination of flavors for my cake. I wanted a Honey-Pear cake and Christina delivered a wonderful cake with hints of Pear and Honey with a delicious cinnamon buttercream frosting. There was a Cinnamon honey pear compote in the middle that was outstanding. To top it all off, she shaped it into a cute pear shape for me, complete with a stem, leaves, and a fun face. Overwhelmingly pleased with my cake and can't wait to order another!
