I recommend placing your order at least 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your spot on my calendar. Orders placed with less than 7 days notice may be subject to a rush fee and are dependent on my availability.
Do you accept rush orders?
Yes! All custom cake orders require at least 7 days notice, but if my schedule allows, I can sometimes take last minute orders with a rush fee:
• 3–7 days notice: $15
• 48–72 hours notice: $25
• Same-day orders: $50
Rush orders are subject to my availability and may not always be possible. Please reach out before placing a last minute order so I can confirm whether I can accommodate your request.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order. The remaining balance is the day of delivery. Orders are not considered confirmed until the deposit is received.
Can I customize flavors and designs?
Absolutely! I love creating cakes that reflect your personality and event. You can choose from my flavor menu or request something special. Please note that some customizations may affect pricing.
How should I store my cake?
Cakes should be kept in the refrigerator until 1–2 hours before serving, then brought to room temperature for the best flavor and texture. Leftovers can be wrapped well and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Do you deliver?
Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance. Please ask about delivery when placing your order.
Do you accommodate allergies?
I offer some allergy-friendly options upon request, but please note that my kitchen is not allergen-free. Cross-contamination is possible. If you have a severe allergy, I recommend ordering from a certified allergen-free bakery.
