How far in advance should I order?
We recommend ordering at least 1–2 weeks in advance. Last-minute orders are accepted when our schedule allows — but rush fees may apply.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required within 24–48 hours of placing your order to lock in your date. The remaining balance is due the day of pickup or delivery.

Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
We do not offer refunds once an order is confirmed. Custom work requires time, ingredients, and preparation. Rescheduling may be possible if it’s an emergency — just message us ASAP.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, and website invoice payments via Stripe. Paying through Zelle or other direct apps helps you avoid processing fees.
What kind of buttercream do you use?
We proudly use Swiss Meringue Buttercream — it’s silky, not overly sweet, and gives our cakes and cake pops that clean, luxe finish.
Can I customize the design and flavor?
Absolutely. Everything we make is custom — just let us know your theme, colors, and vibe. We can match invites, outfits, party decor, or anything you send us!

No, we do not offer full dessert table setups or party decorating services. Chocoholic Desserts provides custom treats, cakes, and sweets only. We do not supply backdrops, balloons, props, or table styling. However, all of our desserts are beautifully packaged and ready to be displayed at your event.
Can you help us find vendors like DJs, jumpers, or party rentals?
While we don’t offer party rentals or decorating services ourselves, we do work with trusted local vendors. If you need help finding a jumper, tables and chairs, a DJ, live band (grupo), balloon artist, or any party essentials — let us know! We’re happy to connect you with people we’ve worked with and trust.
