At Chocoholic Desserts, every custom cake is handcrafted from scratch and fully designed to match your exact vision. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, wedding, baby shower, quinceañera, or just want a cake that turns heads—we specialize in creating edible centerpieces that taste just as good as they look. We offer a wide range of cake sizes (4” to 12”) with 6inch in height on all style cakes per tier—from single-tier to tall, stacked layers. Buttercream, fondant, textured finishes, metallic touches, florals, or 3D toppers—your cake is your canvas. Hey there! We’re Xavier and Susie, the duo behind Chocoholic Desserts, based out of Hesperia, CA. We’re high school sweethearts turned parents, entrepreneurs, and dessert artists, building a sweet life one custom order at a time.
Chocoholic Desserts started in our home kitchen with a simple love for baking and a vision to create desserts that not only taste amazing but look like art. Every treat we make is handcrafted with intention, whether it’s a birthday cake for someone’s first milestone or a custom box of chocolate-covered strawberries to celebrate life’s wins.
Xavier is the business brain, always focused on growth, detail, and bringing new ideas to the table. Susie is the creative heart, hands in the kitchen, obsessed with quality, and always making sure everything looks flawless. Together, we balance each other out and pour love into every single order.

Policies
Booking & Order Polices
Please review the following policies before placing your order. By submitting a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to the policies below.
Booking & Deposits
• A 50% deposit is required to reserve your order and event date.
• Your order is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Dates are first come, first served.
• The remaining balance must be paid before pickup or delivery.
• Orders with unpaid balances may not be released.
Order Changes
• Changes to flavors, quantities, colors, wording, or design should be requested as early as possible.
• Changes are subject to availability and may result in additional charges.
• Major design changes close to the pickup date may not be accepted.
• Once materials, toppers, edible images, or other custom items have been purchased or created, those costs cannot be removed from the order.
Cancellations
• Deposits reserve your date and cover preparation, planning, and materials.
• Cancellations should be made as soon as possible.
• Any refund or credit will depend on how far production has progressed and whether custom materials have already been purchased.
• Orders canceled after production has started may not qualify for a refund.
• Custom toppers, edible images, personalized items, and special-order materials are non-refundable once produced or purchased.
Rush Orders
• Rush orders are accepted based on availability.
• Orders placed within 72 hours of pickup may be subject to a rush fee.
• Same-day and next-day orders may carry a higher rush fee.
• Rush fees are separate from the cost of the desserts.
Pickup
• Pickup is available in Hesperia, CA.
• Please arrive during your confirmed pickup window.
• If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible.
• Extended delays may require your pickup to be rescheduled based on availability.
• Once an order has been picked up and approved, Chocoholic Desserts is not responsible for damage caused during transportation, handling, storage, or setup.
Delivery
• Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance, order size, setup requirements, and availability.
• Delivery times are scheduled in advance.
• Someone must be available to receive the order unless other arrangements have been approved.
• Additional waiting time or location changes may result in extra fees.
Cake & Dessert Care
• Cakes and temperature-sensitive desserts should be kept refrigerated until shortly before serving unless otherwise instructed.
• Keep desserts away from direct sunlight, heat, and warm vehicles.
• Cakes should be transported on a flat, stable surface.
• Do not place cakes on car seats or uneven surfaces.
Design & Color Expectations
• Inspiration photos are used as references and will not be copied exactly.
• Every order is handmade and will have its own unique appearance.
• Colors may vary slightly because of lighting, edible materials, printing, screens, and food coloring.
• Chocoholic Desserts reserves creative discretion when necessary to achieve the overall requested theme and design.
Edible Images & Custom Decorations
• Edible images may vary slightly in color from the original digital image.
• Customers are responsible for providing correct spelling, names, ages, dates, logos, and other personalized information.
• Custom toppers, edible images, fondant pieces, decorations, and specialty items may carry additional charges.
Serving Sizes
• Cake serving estimates are approximate.
• Actual servings depend on how the cake is cut.
• Customers are responsible for selecting a cake size appropriate for their guest count.
Allergies & Dietary Requests
• Please disclose any allergies or dietary restrictions before placing your order.
• Specialty or allergy-sensitive requests must be approved before booking.
• Chocoholic Desserts cannot guarantee that products are completely free from allergens handled in the kitchen.
