Deposits are 50% non-refundable of your total order due within 2 weeks of event.
Final payment are due the day BEFORE your event.
Policies
Terms And Conditions & Policies
Party package & custom orders should be placed 3-4 weeks in advance. Small orders should be placed 1-2 weeks in advance. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your event date. Once your order have been confirmed and Iβve sent over your invoice you have 24 - 48 hours to complete deposit. Without a deposit, there will be no order confirmation. Any orders under $50 must be paid in full. Orders over $50 will pay 50% non-refundable deposit. The final payment must be submitted on the day before pick up/delivery. Once an order is picked up I am no longer responsible for anything after.
