Bookings are first come first serve. For party packages & custom orders we suggest a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advance. For individual treats containing less then a dozen (12) a minimum of 2 weeks. Rush fee may vary depending on order size and date.
Do you offer delivery & set up ?
Yes we do! Delivery fee may vary depending on location. Delivery and set up fee are available for party packages only for $100.
Do you accept last minute orders ?
Yes, only if I am available I will try my best to fulfill your sweet treats, please keep in mind there will be a rush fee added to your final total. Any order placed less than 1 week in advanced are subject to a $25+ rush fee (may vary depending on order size).
Do you offer refunds ?
Absolutely no refunds for deposits or canceled orders.
Do you accept a squeeze in fee for blocked off dates ?
If you are looking for a particular date that is booked I may squeeze you in for a $25 fee. Rush may also apply if it’s last minute. (Subject to availability)
Can I pay in Cash ?
Unfortunately, for your 50% deposit to secure your event I cannot take cash. However, if you will like to pay for your remaining balance in cash please let me know and we can work something out.
