I’m Carolyn, a cottage baker devoted to traditional whole grain baking with freshly milled flour. In my kitchen, organic grains are milled fresh and used the same day, preserving the flavor and vitality of the whole grain.
With a foundation in nutrition as a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and 17 years as a personal chef, I bring a deep respect for real food to everything I bake. I’m also a Master Raw Food Chef and educator who has trained students across the U.S., as well as in the UK and Mexico.
