Yes! I charge a flat $7 shipping rate for macaron and sugar cookie orders. I do NOT ship cakes.

Deposits, Payments & Taxes The date of the event is considered “booked” upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit equaling 50% of the total value of the custom order. The final payment is due ONE WEEK prior to delivery date, or TWO WEEKS prior to delivery date for wedding cakes. If the Client fails to make payments, Caking with Amber will cease work, the order will be cancelled, and no refund will be given. Clients are responsible for all taxes (included in cost of goods). Liability Caking with Amber LLC is a cottage bakery. Your order will be made in a home kitchen, not a commercial setting. The kitchen is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services. Caking with Amber is not responsible for any damage to the goods/services provided caused by anyone NOT employed by Caking with Amber. Changes to Order Any changes must be submitted prior to final payment. Any changes made afterwards may be incorporated at the discretion of Caking with Amber. There will be no changes allowed 7 days prior to the event. Allergy & Dietary Warnings Caking with Amber LLC products contain, and/or are made in a home kitchen which also processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. We are unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time. The Client is responsible for pointing out to guests’ potential allergy hazards. Content Caking with Amber reserves the right to use all photographs, video, other content of the custom order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and agreed upon mutually. Shipping Policy Caking with Amber LLC does everything in their power to package their goods in a way that will get them safely to the customer. Caking with Amber LLC is not responsible for damage sustained in transit. No refunds are offered for shipping damage. Shipping Disclaimer/Recommendation: Caking with Amber LLC recommends choosing a shipping date one week PRIOR to when the baked goods are needed, as Caking with Amber LLC is not responsible for goods not arriving on time. There will be no refunds for miscommunicated shipping dates.
