I wanted an Italian Cream Cake for my birthday so I asked if Charnee had one on her menu. She said she might have a recipe. Oh boy did she! This cake was amazing. My husband said it was the best he ever had. Even my youngest who does not like nuts or coconut deemed it "okay". It was just a basic 2 layer round, with a delicious cream cheese fill, encrusted with coconut and pecans. I especially appreciate that her frosting and cakes are not overly sweet, so you can actuallyenjoy the cake.

The cake I ordered was a surprise for my wife on her birthday. The cake was so beautiful it ended up being the gift. The process of helping me decide what kind of cake was professional and greatly appreciated. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend
