I require a minimum of a 2 week lead time for all orders.
I can take last minute orders, however, it is based on schedule and availability.
Is there a fee for last minute orders?
Last minute orders (orders placed 7 days or less from the pick-up date) can be subject to a convenience fee if it is determined that special decorative items must be ordered to fulfill the order or if there are very specific specialized fillings/flavors. Last minute orders will also require FULL payment at the time of booking.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery options are available only on Saturdays from 11 am-1 pm based on availability. Deliveries will be an extra $5 fee(up to 20 miles) and an extra $0.50 per additional mile.
When do I pay for my order?
I do charge a 50% deposit on all orders that are more than $50.
FULL PAYMENT is due for orders that are less than $50.
The remaining balance of the order is due 3 days prior to your scheduled pick-up date.
Last minute orders (placed 7 days or less before pick-up date) are required to be paid in full at the time of ordering. Orders are not considered placed until the 50% deposit is paid, or the full balance paid for last minute orders, or full balance for orders under $50.
What forms of payment are accepted?
I accept payment for orders by: Apple Pay,Venmo,PayPal,Cashapp, on this secured Bakesy website, Square and Cash.
Can I make changes to my order?
I understand that plans change,and I will happily assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. However, it may not always be possible due to other bookings. I accept changes (flavors, fillings, and some designs) for your order within 7 days notice before delivery or pick-up date. This does not apply to wedding and groom's cakes, last-minute orders, or any orders with intricate designs. This is because for some designs I may need to start working on design elements in advance to decorate your order.
Can I cancel my order?
I will accept order cancellation within a certain time frame. See Terms&Conditions for details.
Are there refunds or returns?
I take pride in all of my products. Full refunds requested after the order has been accepted and picked up will NOT be honored.
You may qualify for a partial refund if the product is brought back and the quality of the order is determined not to meet my standards. Orders must be brought back to me within a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of pick up - please call or email me promptly to let me know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of C&A Sweets From Heaven. Please understand that I cannot issue refunds for goods that have already been eaten or touched by you or others. Special/customized orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Please don’t forget to read the care instructions that are given to you.
What are prices based on?
My prices are based on quality of ingredients, skills, prices of products used, overhead costs,and the amount of time and effort that I put into all of my products. Please respect that and understand that I hand make all of my cake mixes,all of my icings,fillings, and Rice Krispies treats so you will be getting higher quality goods from me.
Are all of your goods edible?
Yes. I only use the best quality ingredients for all of my goods and that includes food safe, FDA approved products and packaging.
When are pickup days?
Pickup days are only available Monday through Friday and Sundays from 11 am to 7 pm.🚨pickups are available on Saturdays from 2 pm to 7 pm.
When are Delivery days?
Delivery days are ONLY available and subject to change based on my availability on Saturdays from 11 am to 1 pm.($5 charge for deliveries within 20 miles and $0.50 per additional mile)
