Contract- DEPOSIT: FULL PAYMENT is required for all orders under $50. A 50% Deposit will be required for all other orders of $50+ and the remaining balance is required 3 days before your pickup/delivery date. * Rush Orders require full payment This allows me to source any special accents, ingredients, and etc. Once the deposit is received I will reach out to confirm your pick-up date. 🚨AGAIN….Balance will be due THREE days PRIOR to your scheduled pickup date. If I do not receive a deposit or fully paid(see above) payment from you within the time frames given(48 hours after the invoice is sent to you) then you will not have an order with me!!!!!🚨 All Electronic payments are accepted along with cash payments.(Apple Pay,Venmo,PayPal,Cashapp,Bakesyand Square) ORDER MINIMUM: I require a minimum of 1 dozen treats/cupcakes/pucks per order. Any Extras from orders will be posted on social media starting at $3 per item. ORDER CHANGES: I understand that plans change,and I will happily assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. However, it may not always be possible due to other bookings. I accept changes (flavors, fillings, and some designs) for your order within 7 days notice before delivery or pick-up date. This does not apply to wedding and groom's cakes, last-minute orders, or cakes with intricate designs. This is because for some designs I may need to start working on design elements in advance to decorate your order. (Note: Changes are not available for ANY monthly specials) 🚫 REFUNDS: 🚨 Non refundable Deposit 🚨 I take pride in all of my products. Full refunds requested after the order has been accepted and picked up will NOT be honored. You may qualify for a partial refund if the product is brought back and the quality of the order is determined not to meet my standards. Orders must be brought back to me within a timely manner, preferably within 24 hours of pick up - please call or email me promptly to let me know of the issue. Quality determination is solely at the discretion of C&A Sweets From Heaven. Please understand that I cannot issue refunds for goods that have already been eaten or touched by you or others. Special/customized orders that are not picked up will NOT be refunded. Please don’t forget to read the care instructions that are given to you.🚨 PICK-UP OR DELIVERY: Once your order is placed and deposit is made, I’ll confirm your order location, pick-up time & date. Orders are generally pick-up only Monday’s through Sundays(Saturdays are delivery day starting at 11 am until 1 pm. And Saturday pickups are from 2 pm to 7 pm.) Delivery is available within 20 miles for a $5 fee and a $0.50 per additional mile. Deliveries are only on Saturdays starting at 11 am until 1 pm and subject to change based on my availability. If you are running late, or can no longer pick up, please inform me. Order will be cancelled with NO refund if you fail to communicate tardiness or no show. Need to reschedule? Please contact me at least 2 days in advance to make changes on pickup. IN A RUSH? I don’t always take last-minute orders, but I’ll try my best! Orders placed with fewer than 4 days notice will include a $20 rush fee. ⏰ PRICE CHANGES: Pricing may change based on ingredient costs. I work hard to offer the best-tasting treats, and unfortunately, I can't honor any old prices. I’ll do my best to keep prices fair. Prices will change accordingly. I will be offering holiday specials and “flavor of the month” specials so keep an eye out for those!! PHOTOS: As a growing small business, I absolutely love showcasing my creations! Sharing photos of your treats helps me show off the work I’m so proud of. If you’d prefer that your order not be featured on social media or in photos, just let me know when you place your order. I’ll happily keep your treats out of the spotlight. DESIGN: While I can’t replicate copyrighted designs (Disney, Star Wars, Marvel characters etc) due to copyright restrictions, I’m more than happy to create a similar design or color scheme to match. COLOR & SIZE: Please note that colors and lighting in photos may appear slightly different from what you receive, and treat sizes may vary a bit. 🔔 I do not replicate other bakers’ designs exactly. Inspiration photos help guide my creative process, but I always add my own artistic touch.
