Keep cakes covered at room temperature if unfrosted, or in the fridge if frosted. They stay fresh for about 3-5 days at room temp or up to a week chilled. Bring to room temperature before serving, or warm slightly in a 300°F oven for 5-10 minutes. Cakes also freeze beautifully - just wrap tightly and store for up to 2 months.
