Frequently Asked Questions Order Fulfillment & Timing All of our items are made fresh to order. Please allow 1–3 days for order fulfillment, depending on current order volume and what we’re baking that week. 👉 We ask for up to 24 hours to review and approve all orders before invoicing. Pickup & Delivery We offer free local delivery and porch pickup from our home bakery in Hillview, Kentucky. Pickup and delivery details will be confirmed after your order is approved. Ordering Quantities Cupcakes and cookies are ordered in quantities of 6 or 12 (or more). We typically offer up to two flavors per dozen. Customization All of our items can be customized. If you’d like to change something listed — or if you have an idea that’s not on the menu — please reach out! We’re happy to try to accommodate when possible. Custom Orders We do accept custom and specialty orders. Availability depends on scheduling and ingredient availability, so advance notice is always appreciated.
