What is your refund policy?
If Buttafly Treats & Delights is unable to fulfill your order due to an emergency, you will receive a 100% refund. Refunds, when issued, will be returned to the original payment method used. Please note: once a cake or treat leaves our possession, we are not responsible for any damages (e.g., melting, falling, dropping, or heat exposure).
How long will it take to receive a response about my order?
Please allow 24–48 hours for a response. In many cases, we may be able to respond the same day.
How do I submit my deposit?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production on your order. Payment must be made via credit or debit card. Please note: production will not begin until the deposit has been received.
Do you ship cakes?
Unfortunately, we do not ship cakes. However, we do offer nationwide shipping for cookies, which can be found in our Shipping Menu on our website. All other treats are available for pickup only.
Do you offer delivery?
At this time, delivery is only available for wedding cakes. All other orders must be picked up.
Is there a late fee for placing an order after the two-week turnaround period?
Yes, a $50 rush fee will apply to all orders placed outside of the required two-week notice.
How far in advance can I place an order?
Our standard turnaround time is two weeks for custom orders. For wedding cakes, you may place an order up to one year in advance.
How much do your cakes cost?
Pricing for custom cakes varies depending on several factors, including size, flavors, fillings, and especially the design details. A simple cake may take about an hour to decorate, while more intricate designs can take six hours or longer. The level of detail is often the biggest factor in the final price.
