Any order requiring completion before our standard two-week turnaround time will now require a $50 rush fee. The fee is required to be paid at the time of order placement. If the fee is not received within 30 minutes the order will be canceled. If you’re interested in placing an order for a date that appears greyed out or unavailable, please send us a text message or email. We will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss the details and explore how we can accommodate your request‼️

🦋Submitting an order form does not mean you have officially placed an order. Once an agreement about the date is confirmed and a deposit is sent, the order is officially confirmed. 🦋Payment - A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required within 24 hours of confirming your order. This deposit will go toward the total price of your order and can be paid using credit or debit card only. The remaining balance is due the day before pickup. Once the full payment is received, the pickup address will be provided. If the deposit is not made within 24 hours, your order will be canceled. 🦋Refunds - In case of an emergency and we cannot complete your order, you will receive a 100% refund. You will NOT get refunded if: you leave with the cake out of my possession and it falls, gets dropped, melts due to sun/heat exposure, etc. Once the cake has left my hands, it is your responsibility. However, I do provide cake care instructions! 🦋Allergies - Please alert us if there are any allergies that we should be aware of. Our products may contain or be in contact with soy, peanuts, milk, eggs, coconut, wheat, and gluten. 🦋DO NOT smash faces into cakes, some cakes, especially the tall ones or 2-tiered cakes have cake dowels to support the cake. Buttafly Treats & Delights will NOT be responsible for any allergic reactions or injuries. 🦋Inspo Pic - Any reference photo sent to me will not be an exact replica. We will try our very best to make your desired cake as similar as possible but all bakers have different hands and no cake is 100% the same. 🦋Pickup - Address will be sent the day BEFORE pickup. Please be on time with the time we agreed on. If you are running late in traffic, please keep in touch with me. I am super understanding! 🦋No Shows/Cancellations - Please note that if you don't show up for your cake that is already made on the day of pickup, you will NOT be able to order from Buttafly Treats & Delights again. Unless, you communicate that you were unable to pickup your cake. Cancellations are a major inconvenience for my small business and I pride myself on providing the very best to my customers.

Cake box MUST be picked up with both hands & held from the bottom and NOT the sides of the box as this may damage the cake. KEEP AWAY FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT, HEAT, AND MOISTURE. The cake MUST be transported on a flat surface and away from any loose objects. Please have a large flat surface available to place the cake in the vehicle, preferably on the floor and NOT in the seat or someones lap. THE VEHICLE MUST BE WELL COOLED UPON ARRIVAL FOR YOUR CAKE. Buttercream cakes MUST be kept refrigerated up until 1-2 hours prior to cutting. Cut & Serve your cake at room temperature. PLEASE DRIVE WITH CARE❤︎ PLEASE NOTE: ONCE A CAKE HAS LEFT MY PREMISES, I CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, PLEASE SPEAK TO ME IF YOU WOULD LIKE ANY FURTHER ADVICE ON TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE!

🦋Keep the cake cool and away from direct sunlight. Please make sure you have a flat surface in your car to transport your cake. 🦋Larger cakes will need to travel in the back of an SUV or wagon. Please avoid putting it on any area with a slant, we do not want your cake to slide, crack, or completely fall apart. 🦋We DO NOT recommend someone holding the cake 🦋DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF OUR DESSERTS IN THE CAR LONGER THAN IT TAKES YOU TO GET HOME. The heat affects the frosting and causes it to break down.

🦋Please let us know when you leave your home, the ETA, and that you are on your way; this way we can prepare your order. 🦋You are given a 10 minute grace period. If arrive after that, you will be charged a $10 late fee. 🦋We will meet you at the driveway, please remain in your vehicle until you see us! Please DO NOT come to the front door as we have a furry friend! 🦋When carrying your cake, please place both hands under the cake, being careful to keep hands under the cake center. KEEP THE CAKE LEVEL AT ALL TIMES. 🦋Pickups are best done in a VERY COOL, AIR CONDITIONED, vehicle 🦋Make sure you have enough room in your car for the size cake you are purchasing. Please have a clean level space available and room in the fridge for when you get home.
