The Chipotle Queso sourdough bread, sourdough pasta, and sourdough English Muffins are wonderful.

Buffalo Creek's sourdough bread is some of the best that I have ever eaten. And the sourdough pasta is delicious too. I highly recommend Buffalo Creek Baking Co.!

The Flaming Eroh honey is delightful. The flavors are subtle but delicious- especially with the orange flavor from the flowers where the bees live.

John always has great offerings. I'm partial to the more involved sourdough breads that have some mix of cheese, nuts, chocolate, etc. The bread boards with custom logo are a great offering too.

This bakery uses only the finest ingredients for all of their bakery items. I can promise you everything is baked with LOVE. The Sourdough Brownies are my personal favorite!

Cannot say enough about John and the amazing food he produces. His love and passion are evident in every single loaf and creation. There’s a reason we don’t have any bread in our house that doesn’t come from BCBC!

The finest sourdough English Muffins and my new favorite, sourdough pastas. John has a wide variety of sourdough available and is constantly adding new items and twists on sourdough staples. For a decadent treat, try his sourdough fudge brownies!
