About
After being a Chef for the last 40 years, I was diagnosed with throat cancer. Lost my restaurant and larynx but not my passion for cooking. So I have started my own cottage foods and bakery to continue to provide to the community my passion for food.
We can be found on Wednesdays at the Norris Farmers Market, and take orders for Saturday pickup as available. Thank you all for the amazing support ♥️

Primarily we do all things sourdough. Product selection changes weekly. We are a Cottage Bakery, so we are restricted to state laws for items we are allowed to prepare. All pricing based on market costs.
