Hi, I'm Angie! Welcome to Brooklyn HomeBakes, our gluten-less cottage bakery in Mulvane, KS.

I have been gluten-free for over 10 years. I'm the only one in my family living that GF life, so anything I bring to the party must be GOOD and not just 'good for gluten-free'.

Thankfully, I inherited my mom's love language of baking and my husband, James, has a background in food science so we've gotten really GOOD at gluten free over the years!

Our home kitchen is not tested/certified gluten-free, but we do our best to make goodies with a little love, lots of butter, and NO gluten.
