Hi, I’m Jillien Brooke, the owner and baker behind Brooke Hollow Bakehouse. I’ve been baking for over 22 years, and what started as a love for creating homemade treats for family and friends has grown into a small-batch cottage bakery.
Every loaf, roll, cookie, and sweet bread is baked from scratch in my home kitchen using traditional techniques, quality ingredients, and a lot of care. I especially love working with yeast doughs, allowing them the time they need to rise slowly and develop the flavor and texture that make homemade bread so special.
Brooke Hollow Bakehouse was created to share that same warmth and comfort with others—simple, thoughtfully made baked goods that feel like home.
