Sourdough Loaves
• Counter (room temp, sealed bag): 4–5 days
• Fridge: Up to 2 weeks (may dry out — spritz with water and toast to refresh)
• Freezer: Best up to 4 months (slice or cube before freezing for easy use; toast straight from frozen)
English Muffins
• Counter: 5–6 days (keeps freshness better than other breads)
• Fridge: Up to 2 weeks
• Freezer: 3–4 months (slice before freezing for easy toasting)
Bagels
• Counter: 1–2 days before firming up
• Fridge: Up to 1 week (texture will firm, but toasting restores softness)
• Freezer: 3–4 months (slice before freezing for convenience)
Chocolate Chip Cookies
• Counter: 3 days (soft and chewy)
• Fridge: Up to 1 week
• Freezer: 2–3 months (baked cookies freeze well; thaw at room temp or warm briefly in oven)
Lava Brownies (Regular & Jumbo)
• Counter: 4 days
• Fridge: Up to 1.5 weeks
• Freezer: Not recommended (texture changes and filling can separate)
• Reheat Tip: Warm in oven at 350°F for ~7 minutes to restore gooey center
Dehydrated Sourdough Starter
• Shelf Life (unopened, dry, room temp): 1+ year (keeps best stored in a cool, dry place in an airtight container)
• Rehydrated Starter (active form): Needs regular feeding — lasts indefinitely as long as cared for properly. Refer to ‘Dehydrated Starter Section’ for more questions or concerns
Cinnamon Rolls
• Counter (covered/packaged): 2–3 days (begin to dry out after day 3)
• Fridge: Up to 1 week (warm in microwave or oven to refresh)
• Freezer: 2–3 months (best if individually wrapped and frozen; reheat from frozen in oven at 325°F for ~12–15 minutes or until warm through)
Madeleines
• Counter (airtight container): 2–3 days (delicate, so they dry out faster than most cookies)
• Fridge: Up to 1 week (texture changes slightly — less pillowy, more firm)
• Freezer: 1–2 months (wrap well to avoid freezer burn; thaw at room temp for best texture)
Freezer Life Note (general):
Most of your products will be best within 3–4 months frozen, even though technically safe up to 6 months. Beyond 4 months, flavors can dull and textures change slightly.
Pro Tip for Customers: For anything that dries out, recommend a quick warm-up — either oven (few minutes) or microwave (10–15 seconds) — to bring back freshness.
Ordering & Pickup
Ordering & Pickup
• How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our link here: [ https://bakesy.shop/order-request/a5038fae-4c4c-4ff8-b6fe-2012ea818b3e/baked-goods ]. All orders require a 3-day lead time since everything is baked fresh.
• Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details are listed at checkout, but we currently have two convenient pickup locations: one in Marietta and one in Woodstock. Exact addresses are provided once the order is placed.
• Do you offer delivery?
At this time, no, we do not offer delivery. We’re always happy to help you find the most convenient pickup option, and if something comes up where you can’t make your pickup, call us and we’ll see what we can work out.
Farmers Market & Events
You can follow our farmers market journey and seasonal events on our social media pages for updates.
Products & Ingredients
• Do you use preservatives?
No — everything we bake is completely natural, which is why storage and freshness times are shorter than store-bought baked goods.
• Are your products gluten-free or vegan?
Not at this time. All of our products are sourdough-based, and while sourdough is easier on digestion for many people, it’s not gluten-free.
• Do you use nuts?
Our kitchen is not a nut-free environment. While most of our breads don’t contain nuts, cross-contamination is possible.
Freezing & Reheating Tips
• Can I freeze my bread?
Yes! We recommend slicing it first so you can pull out exactly what you need. Most breads do well in the freezer for 3–4 months.
• What’s the best way to reheat cinnamon rolls?
Warm them in the oven at 325°F for 10–12 minutes, or microwave for 15–20 seconds.
• Do the lava brownies freeze well?
We don’t recommend freezing brownies, as the texture changes. Instead, keep them in the fridge and reheat at 350°F for ~7 minutes.
Payment & Policies
• What forms of payment do you accept?
At the market we accept cash, card (tap-enabled), and Venmo.
• Do you require prepayment?
Yes — all online orders must be prepaid at checkout.
• What’s your refund or cancellation policy?
Since everything is baked fresh to order, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. We’re not able to offer refunds once the baking process has begun.
Staying Connected
• How can I stay updated on your menu and markets?

We occasionally take custom orders depending on the request and our schedule. The best way to ask is to message us directly.
• Do you sell wholesale or bulk?
At this time, we’re focused on farmers markets and small-batch baking, but bulk inquiries are welcome — just reach out!
