** Refunds are only offered for discrepancies in flavor, size, or description and are issued as 25% store credit at my discretion. To qualify, report taste issues within 3 hours and return 95% of the product within 5 hours of pickup.

No refunds are given for design preferences once a custom product is accepted.

**A 50% non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking, and the final balance is due 48 hours before pickup. Preorder payments are required at the time of placing the order.
