How does ordering work?
How does ordering work?
We are a pre-order-only microbakery operating out of our home. To ensure fresh, high-quality bread and an efficient workflow, all orders must be placed in advance.
✅ Order Deadline: Monday by 3 PM
✅ Pickup Days:
Wednesday Pickup: (e.g., 3 PM - 6 PM)
Friday Pickup: (e.g., 11 AM - 3 PM)
Orders placed by Monday cover both pickup days—just choose the one that works best for you when ordering.
Can I place a custom order?
Yes, custom orders are available, but they must be placed at least one week in advance to allow for planning. This applies to:
✅ Bulk orders (e.g., 24 English muffins, multiple dozens of bagels, etc.)
✅ Specialty breads not on the weekly menu
Custom orders require a minimum quantity to be accepted. Please reach out to discuss your request.
Is there a storefront?
No, we do not have a storefront for browsing or same-day purchases.
All pickups must be made at the pre-arranged time selected when ordering.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pickup details will be provided upon ordering. Please arrive during your selected time slot to ensure a smooth handoff.
Do you offer delivery?
We do. However, we use Uber delivery. There is an extra fee that is paid to Uber.
Thank you!
Thank you for your support!
Your enthusiasm for fresh, handcrafted sourdough means the world to us. This new system helps us continue baking for you while balancing our growing business.
We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to bake for you!
Class Attendance, payments and Reschedule Policy
Class Attendance & Reschedule Policy
Due to the small class size and advance preparation required, all class registrations are non-refundable. A one-time reschedule may be offered with at least 24 hours’ advance notice and will be issued as a class credit, not a refund. This reschedule option does not apply to the final scheduled class on Sept 19, 2027. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.
Payments are due when scheduling as we have a waitlist.
Do you slice bread?
Yes, I’m happy to slice your bread upon request! As a small, one-person operation, slicing each loaf does add extra time to the baking process, so there is a $2 service fee per loaf.
Thank you for understanding and supporting a small business 💛
